Alexandra Abney
My name is Alexandra Abney, and I’m a theatre practitioner based out of Baton Rouge, LA. My primary focus is acting, but I also stagehand and stage manage. I’m a hard worker; I’m passionate about the entertainment industry and want to learn about every aspect. Louisiana State University is currently my home. I’m a dual degree candidate for two BAs, one in Theatre (Performance) and the other in Mass Communications (Personal Relations). I’m currently working on my thesis, which will hopefully allow me to graduate with honors in December 2018. Aside from work and school, I love video games, movies, and napping.

Hello, my name is Sheridan Wall. I am currently a sophomore at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. I hope to complete my undergraduate studies in the Roger Hadfield Ogden Honors program in 2019 with an undergraduate thesis. Hello, my name is Jacob Maranto, I am a student at Louisiana State University. I am currently enrolled as a junior and I am pursuing a degree in mass communications with a concentration in public relations. Prior to attending LSU I attended St. John the Evangelist high school in Plaquemine, Louisiana.
I have worked for the past two years at the Iberville Parish Sheriff’s Office as a student intern assisting day to day office operations. Previously I have worked in the 18th Judicial District for District Attorney Ricky Ward. My duties included assisting assistant district attorneys in the pre-trial diversion office. I have worked for the Amy Patin Clerk of Court Campaign and became a vital member of the team that got her elected in Iberville Parish. I am the owner and operator of a small grass cutting business that works in the Baton Rouge area and serves a handful of customers.

Hello, my name is Margaret McKowen. I was born and raise in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I am one of seven children and I’m a twin too! Thankfully, I am the youngest. This is my first semester at LSU. For two years I attended University of Louisiana at Lafayette and absolutely fell in love with the city. However, there’s no place like home. My major is Mass Communication with a focus in Public Relations. Also, I am studying to receive a minor in Sociology. My favorite things to do are shop, pure barre, and travel. I have a boxer name Hoover and he is my absolute favorite. Surprisingly, we have chickens too! My ultimate goal in my career to be apart of the PR board for non-profit organization or children’s hospital.
